- Over 200 state and local chambers of commerce, reflecting all regions of the country.
- The International Union, United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America (UAW), one of the largest and most diverse unions in North America.
- The Agriculture Coalition for Latin America, which includes 50 food and agriculture organizations.
- The Entertainment Industry Coalition for Free Trade, a group of leading entertainment companies, trade associations and entertainment unions and guilds.
