The Chamber of Commerce Uruguay-USA, founded in 1934, is an independent, non-profit organization dedicated to promoting trade and investment between the United States and Uruguay. AmCham Uruguay supports free enterprise, a market economy, and ethical business practices. Presently, the Chamber has more than 150 members representing the U.S. business community in Uruguay. AmCham Uruguay offers a wide range of services, including matchmaking, support in locating economic, legal, and financial consultants and advisors, business facilitation and networking opportunities, trade missions, commercial information resources, seminars and conferences, logistical support, and more.
